We have an outstanding Contract position for an SMT Machine Operator to join a leading Company located in the Westminster, CO surrounding area.
Pay Rate: $20.90 - $24.20
Job Responsibilities:
- SMT machine operations to assemble electronic PCBs, including fine pitch SMT and through-hole soldering.
- Working in a manufacturing atmosphere using teambuilding, SPC, and Demand Flow concepts.
- Maintain and meet production requirements through Team scheduling and quality meetings.
- Problem solving within a team environment using the problem-solving principles from SPC and TQC.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Hiring Criteria: - Nimble fingers and a knack for precision: you'll need excellent manual dexterity and the ability to interpret and construct from procedures and blueprints.
- Previous soldering experience and familiarity with related tools will set you up for success.
- Bonus points if you're trained or certified in IPC-A-610 standards.
- Teamwork makes the dream work: you should thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Adept at absorbing and implementing procedures and processes effectively.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Computer literate, adept at handling programs like Windows, Excel, and Word.
