We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and monitoring the quality of products to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Inspect and test raw materials and finished products for quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Record and report inspection and test data.
- Maintain inspection records and document any quality issues.
- Collaborate with production staff to address quality concerns and make necessary improvements.
- Adhere to quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Assist in implementing quality control initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform audits to ensure quality system conforms to ISO 9001 standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in quality control is a plus.
- Proven experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Proficient in using measurement tools and quality testing equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and processes.
