Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement new processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct root cause analysis of process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
- Monitor and control process parameters to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Design and execute experiments to validate process changes.
- Train and support production staff on new and revised processes.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for process development and changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
