Salary: $85,000 - 100,000

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in managing all day to day operations of purchasing dept for the division
  
• Prepare purchase orders for review and input.
  
• Vendor Management for orders and quality issues
  
• Prepare inventory reports, analyze inventory levels for replenishment
  
• Update inventory maintenance files.
  
• Reconcile backorders with the manufacturers.
  
• Sourcing new products and negotiating contracts

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related major preferred
  
• At least 5 years of purchasing experience - preferably with fasteners or electronic components
  
• ERP experience
  
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with co-workers and vendors.
  
• Proficiency in Word and Excel, which requires a detailed understanding of Excel spreadsheets.
