Required to master more detailed food preparation adhering to standardized recipes and production requirements. Adheres to HACCP procedures for all prep and food safety and maintains records as required. Meets customer service expectations by actively engaging with customers. Education. High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)Trade School : Culinary Degree (Preferred)Experience 2 Years experience preparing food in a high volume/institutional environment. (Required)General Experience with production equipment including electric slicers, convection ovens, deck ovens, tilting skillet, deep fat fryers, steamers, steam kettles, mixers, meat grinders, and food choppers. (Preferred)License/ Certifications. SERVSAFE - Serv. Safe Certification (Preferred)...Cook, Restaurant
