Our client is seeking a IT Systems Consultant for the production team at a new facility for commercial-scale manufacturing of sterile therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals.
Located in the Greater Indianapolis area

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Consultant with expertise in coordinating the integration of diverse systems across multiple parties. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless connectivity and compliance within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building management systems, network architecture, lab instrument networking, and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11.
Pay: $35-45/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration efforts of various systems across different departments and external parties.
- Develop comprehensive integration strategies and implementation plans to ensure efficient data flow and system interoperability.
- Design and implement network architectures that support secure and scalable system integrations.
- Configure and optimize building management systems to enhance operational efficiency and environmental controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and streamline communication channels.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as 21 CFR Part 11 and other relevant data integrity guidelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies related to system integrations and data security.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on system integration best practices.
- Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure systems meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IT systems integration and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience (X+ years) in IT systems consulting with a focus on system integration and compliance.
- Expertise in building management systems (BMS), network architecture, and lab instrument networking.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, especially 21 CFR Part 11.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
