Job Details
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will assist the Parts, Service, Sales and Wholesale Departments in pulling and replenishing the parts department. This person will also communicate at a high level with all Parts Department Personnel.
Checking in daily stock and special order parts
Pulling and replenishing the parts department inventory
Inventory control - including daily bin checks and cycle counting
Requirements
Assist parts counter personnel
Assist parts drivers
Deliver parts to wholesale customers or pick up parts when needed
Experience in automotive or truck parts, shipping & receiving or counter sales is a plus
Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out ways to build opportunities for the dealership
and customer satisfaction
High level of initiative and ability to work unsupervised and as a team
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must complete Hazmat training EHM001 every three years
Toyota training also required
Computer skills are required. CDK, Snap On Parts Catalog and Tekion is a plus
Salary/Pay Range: $20/Hour
