Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Millwork Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. If you have a passion for woodworking, a keen eye for detail, and an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will be responsible for designing, creating, and testing high-quality millwork products using specialized machinery and software. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and to contribute to our team's ongoing success.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop detailed millwork plans using Cabinet Vision and Inventor software.
2. Operate and maintain CNC machinery to produce high-quality millwork products.
3. Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all millwork products meet the project specifications and quality standards.
4. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our manufacturing processes.
8. Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
9. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in millwork engineering, specifically in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in using Cabinet Vision and Inventor software.
3. Extensive experience in woodworking and cabinetry.
4. Ability to operate and maintain CNC machinery.
5. Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work under pressure.
9. A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
10. A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
