**Description :**
At ManTech International Corporation, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement. Within a team of security professionals, be a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for assigned Department of Defense (DoD) contracts. Seeking a self-starter who is capable of holistic and independent security management of Special Access Programs (SAPs). Applicant must be familiar with the disciplines of Personnel Security (PERSEC) and Industrial Security. Applicant must have strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The position is in a corporate setting and requires collaboration, teamwork, and on-demand support across all ManTech departments. Schedule flexibility and partial telework options are available.
**Experience:**
Preferred experience includes, but is not limited to:
* Ensuring security compliance with contractual requirements and government policies
* Clearance processing for collateral, SCI, and SAP accesses via DISS and customer systems
* Upkeep of personnel security records
* Program security self-inspections
* Administering Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA)
* Safe, lock, and alarm management
* Managing and supporting subcontractors, to include issuance of sub DD254s
* Familiarity with DISS
**Qualifications:**
* 0-2 years of SAP Security Management experience as a CPSO
* PSOs with 2-5 years experience
* Bachelors degree
* TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility
