We are looking to add a an Inventory Data Associate to join our Chicago-based team. This role will support the operations team in tracking and reconciling inventory across the supply chain. This role would also assist the current operations team in managing NetSuite, 3PL and Vendor (co-manufacturer) inventories and ensuring their accuracy.


The Deets:


  • Assist with the periodic reconciling of 3rd party inventory systems with NetSuite.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to receive reporting for reconciling.
  • Run approved reconciliation processes on demand when necessary.
  • Assist with the completion of physical inventories at multiple warehouse locations twice per year.
  • Follow up with Fulfillment and Warehouse teams on the completion and accuracy of NetSuite transactions.
  • Communicate transaction and inventory updates with the Inventory Data Manager.
  • Work with Inventory Data manager to troubleshoot inventory accuracy issues.
  • Develop a relationship with 3PL and co-man stakeholders to improve on inventory data reporting.
  • Maintain a calendar of daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly (periodic) inventory reconciliations.
  • Assist the Fulfillment and Warehouse teams in tracking and removing expired products.
  • Work with the warehouse teams to track and reconcile quarterly cycle counts.


The Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field of study, or the equivalent, required
  • 3+ years of data entry experience within an ERP system (NetSuite preferred)
  • 3+ years MS Office experience
  • Fulfillment, warehouse and inventory experience preferred
  • Collaborative team skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 10% travel required - will visit warehouses and co-manufacturers
