Lateral Link is closely assisting a well-regarded law firm in Orange County, California with its search for a seasoned Litigation Attorney. The position can also be based in Los Angeles. The firm has attracted several attorneys from big law firms who want to practice in a collegial setting and work on sophisticated matters. The firm is in growth mode and is excited to add well-qualified Litigators.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years+ of defense-side litigation experience in state court and from a large firm, particularly in personal injury, products liability, and/or insurance defense
- Experience with managing cases from start to finish
- Substantial legal research and writing experience involving torts
- Trial experience, although it is not a requirement
- Excellent credentials and a license to practice law in California (active and in good standing)
