Responsibilities Include:
- Understand end-product specifications and monitor product quality
- Identify and escalate product quality issues
- Ensure equipment is used correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Promote a people-focused culture in the bakery
- Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
- Work in other positions as directed
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:- Standing on feet for extended periods
- Repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching
- Lifting objects up to 50 lbs
- Adhering to strict uniform requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices
