Cardinal Equipment Services remanufactures beverage dispensing equipment to include soda fountains, valves, bar guns, coffee brewers, and backroom equipment.

What You Will Do: Performs routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information
  • Welcomes on-site visitors and monitors visitor access and issues passes when required
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, copying and collating
  • Organize events and activities
  • Handle mail/shipping for facility
  • Assist with property access (gate) for employees and visitors
  • Assist with administration of local contractual work (PM Scheduling)
  • Assist the local team with handling and routing Customer Portal Inquiries / Website inquiries
  • Other office and administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Some college preferred
  • 2-5 years' experience in an office environment required
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively, according to goals of the organization
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Self-motivated, ability to take initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
