Description
Arsenal Credit Union is a $390M federally insured, state-chartered, award-winning credit union. Our focus is to provide excellent service to our members through our branch network, digital banking channels, member solutions center, and back-office support departments.
We are looking for a qualified professional to fill our open Member Solutions Center Clerk position at our corporate headquarters in Arnold, Missouri.
There is a possibility for a hybrid work arrangement after six months of employment.
What will you be responsible for?
- Maintain knowledge and usage of credit union products and services and provide email and phone support to both internal and external members as department needs arise.
- Perform account maintenance and administrative tasks related to returned mail and preparing for the annual unlocated accounts process.
- Ensure that all daily, monthly, and quarterly maintenance, auditing, and administrative tasks for products and services used by all members of the credit union are completed.
- Maintain the Member Solutions Center voicemail inbox and return any voicemails that members leave for the credit union.
- Maintain and respond to all incoming emails and message inquiries for the credit union.
- Perform error corrections on accounts, products, and services to resolve complex issues.
- Accurately process monetary and non-monetary transactions
- Will assist with special projects, such as products, promotions, installments, etc.
- Maintain an organized flow of daily work to be processed, including daily reports.
Requirements
What skills does this position require? - One to three years of related work experience.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal/member service skills, including oral and written communication.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
