Help Wanted: Laundromat Attendant Part-Time (Afternoon / Evening) (Kingwood)
AVAILABILITY
* The attendant position is for the afternoon/evening shift from 2:00pm to closing
(approx. 8:00pm-9:00pm).
* 3 to 4 shifts per week. Hours per week approximately 18-24 (extra hours possible)
* WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED
* Flexibility to fill in/cover a shift if needed is a plus.
TASKS
The main focus for the evening Laundry Attendant is cleaning to keep our Laundromat spotless! Tasks include:
* cleaning out/wiping down all washers, dryers and lint trays
* disinfecting all surfaces
* dusting
* sweeping/mopping the floor
* emptying trash
ADDITIONAL TASKS
Other IMPORTANT responsibilities during your shift include
* Greeting customers
* Assisting customers with how to use the washers and dryers
* Accurate/timely processing of drop-off (wash-dry-fold) orders
REQUIREMENTS
* SUPER FRIENDLY customer service skills and enjoy helping others
* Reliable and Punctual
* Dependable transportation
* Ability to work without supervision
* Basic computer experience
* Physical aspects of the shift include: constant standing/walking and frequent lifting of laundry (up to 30 pounds).
* 18 years of age minimum
No laundromat experience is needed. Paid training will be provided.
