A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join their growing team in a Remote capacity. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for performing full cycle recruiting utilizing various recruitment methods for mid-level positions in traditional business functions.

Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will:

  • Intermittently sources passive talent to meet hiring needs
  • Guide the Hiring Managers through the recruitment process to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and industry laws, regulations, and guidelines
  • Regularly provide solutions to recruiting related challenges and appropriately escalate to a Senior Peer or Team Lead
  • Keep candidates continually informed with predictable communication throughout the hiring process
  • Participate in recruitment events and communities to support candidate generation
  • Present and negotiate competitive total compensation package
  • Partner with the Hiring Leaders and HR stakeholders to identify gaps in hiring processes and recommend and implement recruitment solutions
  • Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of intermediate experience in Staffing and/or full cycle Recruitment
  • Knowledge of applicable Employment laws.
  • Intermediate knowledge of effective Screening and Interview techniques.
  • Intermediate knowledge and use of Sourcing tools, techniques, and technologies.
  • Computer savvy
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Knowledge of Bank processes and services
  • Knowledge of Compensation best practices as it relates to offer generation
