Join us and contribute to Sedgwick being a great place to work.Great Place to WorkMost Loved WorkplaceForbes Best-in-State EmployerClient Services RepresentativePRIMARY PURPOSE: To manage accounts of locally assigned programs including monitoring procedures and processes that impact customer satisfaction; and to ensure consistency in service delivery.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms contract renewal and Client Service Instruction preparation for assigned accounts.Coordinates renewal pricing and completes location coding parameters; prepares and distributes stewardship and other reports.Educates the client on loss data - drivers of cost impacting assigned programs.Coordinates project activity. Focus on maintaining and improving overall customer satisfaction.Identifies issues that impact consistency and customer satisfaction; works with program management leadership to effect problem resolution; and assists with identifying office level service trends and establishes plans for service improvement.Identifies and solicits cross selling opportunities.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms other duties as assigned.Supports the organization's quality program(s).Travel as required.QUALIFICATIONSEducation & LicensingBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.ExperienceSix (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include Account Coordinator or adjuster experience.Skills & KnowledgeGood knowledge of customer serviceExcellent oral and written communication, including presentation skillsPC literate, including Microsoft Office productsAnalytical and interpretive skillsStrong organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation and facilitation skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to handle conflict and confront challenging issues in a fast work environmentAbility to meet or exceed Performance CompetenciesWORK ENVIRONMENTWhen applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlinesPhysical: Computer keyboarding, travel as requiredAuditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talkingNOTE: Credit security clearance, confirmed via a background credit check, is required for this position.The statements contained in this document are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by a colleague assigned to this description. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $57,000 - $70,000.
