About the team
Our experienced team is always guided by demand to constantly explore new commerce opportunities for how we can support businesses of all sizes;We aim to enhance our user and community's experience to discover and engage with what they love through abundant product offerings, strict quality control, efficient fulfillment and high-quality after-sales service.

Responsibilities
- Source and incubate MCN agencies that organize live streams on TikTok to sell products, facilitating the agencies' hiring and training of streamers, production of high quality contents, and screening for merchandise suitable for sales, ultimately responsible for GMV generated by the agencies
- Collaborate with merchants account managers to formulate and execute merchandise strategies, matching merchandises with streamers and live streaming contents
- Analyze key performance metrics on traffic, conversion, prices, customer feedbacks and unit of economics, and improve such metrics by implementing relevant product and/or operational solutions

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 5 years experience in product operation, FMCG, consulting, financial, investment, engineering and any other relevant fields with business analysis tasks
- Good analytical skills, with structured thinking and a data driven mindset
- Strong business development skills and experience
- Effective communicator in both English and Mandarin, being able to convey complex content concepts in both languages, in a clear and compelling manner, ultimately driving successful client engagements. Business proficiency in Mandarin will be required to bridge communication and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, agencies and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) etc.
