We are seeking a growth minded District Warehouse Operations Manager to assist with managing refreshment operations. As the District Warehouse Operations Manager you will work with the District Manager to support our business.Key Responsibilities: Ensures that the branch financial performance meets Company and client objectivesOptimizes operational productivity and monitors development of realistic and accurate forecastsInterprets and ensures compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines to promote consistent application within the DistrictResponsible for ordering product needed from our vendorsCreate and update par levels for inventory to not run out and not have too much productConduct warehouse inventory and research variances weeklyCreate a culture of excellence by creating processes to achieve business objectivesWork closely with other managers on how to improve out of stocksManage new and promotional products effectivelyPreferred Qualifications:Associate's degree and a minimum of three years related experienceAbility to read, analyze and interpret financial dataExcellent presentations skills requiredAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Apply to Canteen todayCanteen is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
