Job Details

Darigold is seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Loader Operator to be a part of Darigold's Spokane Warehouse team. The Warehouse Loader must possess the desire and ability to manage warehouse inventory as load out operator in a union environment. The successful hire will be able to work swing shift.

What you will do (other duties as assigned):

  • Receiving
  • Inventory Tracking and Reconciliation
  • Organization of Storage Area
  • Maintenance of Sanitation in the Work Area
  • Inspecting, Quality Assurance
  • Transferring of finished goods, packaging, materials, and ingredients
  • Ensuring accurate and timely counts and reporting
What you must have:
  • Must be able to read and follow directions of load sheets, schematics, product labels and have numerical ability.
  • Safe Operation of a stand-up forklift and pallet jack
  • Safe Load/Unload of semi-trailers
  • Accurate/Timely receiving and inventory management practices; use and tracking through scan guns, pallet tags, pick lists, packing slips, BOLs, computer entry into Oracle and Access Lot Tracking data base
  • Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision and perform multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of shipping/receiving/inventory control.
  • Experience with forklifts and electric pallet jacks (certified preferred)
  • Ability to move 60 pounds repeatedly.
  • Willing to work nights/weekends/holidays.
  • Must be able to work in a cool and refrigerated environment.
  • Can use an RF scanner gun
  • Able to primarily stand and walk throughout a 10 hour shift
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Basic Math skills
  • Ability to meet all warehouse performance standards
  • Ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards
  • Ability to learn rapidly and perform multiple tasks
Experience, Education and Certifications:
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred
