Insight Global is searching for a Business Analyst to join our large financial clients payments division. This position is expecting to be in the office 3-days a week, on a hybrid basis out of the Atlanta, GA or Addison, TX location. This individual will be accountable for going to meetings for ensuring a balanced budget for projects and need to be capable and comfortable balancing a programs checkbook to ensure no overages. They need to be comfortable speaking up, and making presentations to leadership in regards to the budget. Their day-to-day will consist of comparing forecasted amounts to actual amounts and ensure that the business is allocating resources appropriately. They will be partnering with PMs, Program Managers and SMEs to deliver feedback, budget statuses, etc. Though this will consist of the majority of their day-to-day, they will likely take on more traditional business analyst functions in their down-time as needed. They will need to be a self-starter with excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills, with comfortability working in a remote-work environment.
Compensation: $53/hr with some flexibility to $63/hr with an exception.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Experience in the financial industry ideally working with payment applications
2+ years of prior PM/BA experience balancing a checkbook at a program level
IT/technology background
JIRA, Visio, PPT experience
Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable making presentations to senior leadership
