Position Overview
Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment. Receives and unpacks materials and supplies. Reports discrepancies for accounting, and record-keeping purposes. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
Performs a variety of general picking, shipping and receiving duties.

What you'll do as the Warehouse Clerk:
- Handling of equipment and materials
- Picks material for orders in bulk
- Assemble products accurately, and in a timely manner using printed collates
- Prepares orders for shipments and completes paperwork
- Fill and seal packaged orders, and stack pallets to prevent damage in transit
- Complete shipping documents as required by collate (LTL BOL's, Export Commercial Invoices, SED's) (training required)
- Confirm shipments in computer system, and collect tracking data
- Take initiative to maintain the cleanliness and process efficiency for your area of work
- Work safely, and in compliance with all documented policies and procedures, and report any potential unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately
We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills - Legal right to work with the U.S.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Perform duties and tasks with an awareness of all documented policies and procedures
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Able to operate a PC (will train on program specifics)
- Capable of heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs. with help)
- Must be familiar with and capable of operating warehouse material handling equipment (i.e. order picker and either sit down forklift or reach truck.)
- Previous experience working in a warehouse preferred
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to Stay on Feet for Long Periods of Time
- Positive attitude; self-motivated; active; safety conscious; ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment; good communication skills; ability to work well on a team but be self-motivated and independent at times
- Ability to work overtime
