Job Details
Person would be given a number of vendor change notifications to assess (a couple new each week).
Assess the change, impacts to operations, work with planning group.
Would also need to manage their existing change notifications (timeframes, tasks, etc.).
Works with different partner groups (regulatory, validation, etc.).
Will manage about 15-20 changes at a time (depends on complexity, etc.)
Technical Change management experience
BS Required - Engineering/Materials Sciences.
An engineering degree is preferred, but would consider a materials science degree for the right candidate. Individuals will be executing Vendor Change notifications.
Individuals will need to work within site systems for update and have interaction with customer for Impact. Candidate should have 2+ yrs. experience minimum.
Candidate must have good technical writing capabilities
Ability to multi-task/manage priorities, Ability to collaborate with others, demonstrated interpersonal skills including flexibility and ability to work in a team environment, Proven analytical abilities, and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Project management experience and Change control experience MOST preferred.
Client experience is desirable. Validation, Deviation, Capa are nice to have skillsets. Experience with systems like Trackwise, SAP, etc. are nice to have skillsets.
