**Job Overview:** Dogwood Canyon located in Lampe, MO is currently seeking a full time **SHUTTLE DRIVER** to join our team! This individual will demonstrate efficient and courteous assistance to associates by providing daily shuttle transportation to various properties as needed. The typical route is to and from Springfield, Lampe and Branson as needed. * Perform pre-trip checklist daily.
* Read pre-shift report daily.
* Greet associates with shuttle needs in a courteous and prompt manner.
* Maintain cleanliness of shuttle at all times.
* Perform a shuttle fuel check at the beginning of the shift and within the last four hours of the shift be sure to refill the fuel tank.
* Must maintain a disciplined prompt schedule and demonstrate dependability and reliability.
* Log the shuttle in or out when used.
* Acquire a working knowledge of the park and locations associates will need transportation.
* Report any damage/accidents of vehicle immediately, regardless of how minor to Security and your Manager.
* Assist with other areas of the park as needed when not driving shuttle.
* Pickup/drop off individuals at the airport and flexible with arrival/departure times.
***Essential Functions:***
* Must adhere to all company/department safety standards and policies.
* Must be open to working mandatory/approved overtime.
* Must be open to working weekends/weekdays/nights when necessary/critical to support the business.
* Must be able to cover shifts at affiliate Conservation Attraction properties.
* Other duties as assigned.
***MINIMUM*** ***Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education:***
* Missouri class E or Arkansas class D with a "P" endorsement driver's license and a safe driving record is required.
* To operate large shuttles and busses - *Must have a Class C with "P" endorsement and a safe driving record.
* 2 years of transporting multiple passengers preferred but not limited to city transportation, bus drivers, etc.
* Requires walking/standing approximately 60% of the time, sitting 25% of the time, forward bending and crouching 15% of the time, lifting up to 50lbs.
* Any combination of experience, education, skills, certification(s) etc. will be taken into consideration
* Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to sunlight, various animals, weather, loud sounds, low lighting, close quarters, high/low temperatures, etc.
