Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible HR Administrative Assistant to support all admin tasks and on boarding in our New York locations.

Description

  • Keeping track of all new hire information
  • Employee verification, I-9
  • Answering all employee related HR Questions, payroll and benefits
  • Change the reporting structure in Just Works
  • Multi task, people function
  • Start up experience is a plus
  • Google suite experience is A MUST
  • Reporting experience in a HRIS
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, specifically, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Communicates information effectively and efficiently

Profile

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, specifically, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Technical and apps savvy
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Must have considerable skill in math and algebraic equations using percentages
  • Demonstrates positive characteristics which inspire other team members to meet and exceed standards
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Communicates information effectively and efficiently
  • Maintains knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, bench marking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies
  • Highly organized and efficient
