We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Ecommerce Supervisor to take initiative and lead the eCommerce website for the Wells Fargo Center. This is an extraordinary opportunity to be part of creating a foundational platform for our extended community of Flyers and 76ers fans. The role is pivotal in growing our business and providing a seamless, intuitive, and engaging experience for our users. Please note, this is not a hybrid position; it requires on-site presence at the Wells Fargo Center.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Wells Fargo Center website Well Fargo Center Fan Shop (wfcphilly.com) ensuring it serves as the go-to platform for Flyers and 76ers fans with a seamless, intuitive, and engaging experience.
  • Lead the Wells Fargo Center's website Well Fargo Center Fan Shop (wfcphilly.com) strategy from end-to-end, focusing on increasing eCommerce sales and enhancing return on investment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve website traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and profit margins.
  • Build the eCommerce roadmap and enhance cross-functional management capabilities.
  • Lead eCommerce development projects, including website changes and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to leverage online marketing opportunities while maintaining a consistent brand approach.
  • Work with external resources and vendors to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate eCommerce operations to drive improved performance, cost efficiency, and an enhanced customer experience.
  • Monitor and drive key performance metrics to ensure excellent customer experience and fulfillment.
  • Manage and adhere to the eCommerce operating budget, measuring and reporting on its effectiveness.
  • Oversee customer service emails and inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses.
  • Take full responsibility for ensuring timely fulfillments of all orders and customer requests.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.


Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce and online marketing.
  • Track record of delivering results and making impactful decisions.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret web analytics and metrics.
  • Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Expertise in current eCommerce industry best practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of eCommerce platforms and SEO/SEM.
  • Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business.
  • Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, select weekends, and holidays


Physical Dimensions:

Performing the duties of this position involves continuous standing, sitting, and walking. Routine activities require the employee to be able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.The employee is frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds.
