An Ann Arbor parent is seeking a Nanny/ Governess or Manny/ Governess to provide childcare and educational support for their young teenage daughter. Responsibilities will include transporting to/ from school, working with parents, teachers, and the child to ensure their educational goals are being met, providing supplemental educational activities, assisting with homework, planning outings, and handling some light meal preparation for the child. The family offers a separate apartment within the same building and a competitive salary. They would like someone who can be with them for at least the next year to help get their child up-to-date with their studies. All applicants must be COVID vaccinated, should have a valid drivers license, and at least 10 years of previous experience in a similar role/s. The typical schedule will be working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends, handling morning routine (7 9am) and then afterschool help, about 2 7pm.
