We are currently looking for a Full Time Inventory Clerk II to join our Northern Neighborhood Operations Unit 3 team located at the Chickasaw Travel Stop #560 working .

Summary:
Responsible for maintaining inventory levels, merchandising, stocking and supplies.

Responsibilities:

* Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Maintains and tracks assigned inventories using physical counts, supplier reports, material usage reports, software tools or any combination thereof
* Inspects received shipments for accuracy, damages and defects
* Tracks daily sales for monitoring product turnover and economic quantities
* Ensures that the cycle counts are completed in a timely and accurate manner
* Conducts audits of inventory on a scheduled basis
* Reconciles and compares invoices to forward to the accounting department
* Prepares daily reports
* Prepares weekly reports
* Prepares monthly reports
* Prepares quarterly reports
* Prepares annual reports
* Stocks inventory; several times during shift by placing products on display shelf for customer availability
* Ensures all merchandise is received into the inventory system
* Enters inventory records of materials and products
* Performs all other duties as assigned
