*Job Title: Graphic Designer III (Power point)
*Location: North Chicago, IL 60064 (Hybrid 3days onsite, 2days remote)
*Duration: 12 months Contract
Job Description:
This position will be working in tangent with an earlier placement with this team who is a Data Analyst within Procurement, taking on the visual presentation of the data analysis. This is a new role for this team and will be dedicated to presentations.
Most preferred for this role is the ability to visually display ideas using our branding materials.
If they have analytical skills, that would be most helpful, but we expect our Data Analyst will do most of this work – they will likely work in tandem to deliver projects to leaders.
Responsibilities:
· Spend Analytics. Need access to Sievo, SAP, Category Analytics and potentially supplier portals (e.g. BCD, MedForce)
· Data Visualization and Communication creation for suppliers (e.g. training decks)
· (until Olivia's team is up and running): RFP process management (invitations, timelines, other communications. Compiling data and creating score sheets.
· Document management
· Benchmark data gathering
· Research skills

· Critical thinker, problem solver
Experience:
· Must have proven creativity in their presentation experience and come with new/fresh ideas as well as expertise and experience with PowerPoint.
· SharePoint/Website building experience as a requirement.

Education:
· BA/BS Degree in Business/Finance or other related fields. This is not a hard requirement. Graphics/Communication related would work as well if individual also is analytical in nature.
