Associa is currently looking for a Property Manager to join our Rhome team in Wilmington, NC. TheRental Property Manager team oversees the day-to-day field operations of single-family rental properties.

How will you make an impact?
The Property Manager helps the company grow by:
- Overseeing daily operations of assigned properties to optimize resident satisfaction.
- Implementing effective marketing and leasing strategies for maximum occupancy and rental income.
- Supervising maintenance and repair activities to ensure well-maintained properties.
- Conducting regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, including move in and move out inspections.
- Collaborating with vendors for quality services and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Requirements- In-depth knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience.
- North Carolina real estate broker license.
