You will be responsible for assisting sales teams in managing their Welcome Home databases through virtual support and targeted sales and marketing activities. Working from home on an hourly basis with heavy virtual sales assistance using calls, written communication through email, text and letter are required to be successful in the position. Subsequently, working with the sales teams and CSMO to help plan strategies that support sales needs and occupancy goals.

What you can expect to do as a Community Relations Specialist:

  • Provide virtual support in the sales process and lead management of Welcome Home and the sales efforts in each of the communities you support
  • Provide support of any analysis of Welcome Home that teams have developed to individualized strategies to convert inquiries into tours, and ultimately move-ins
  • Set up appointments for tours, follow up calls and next steps that the team have developed and implemented as a standard for the Cascade Living Group-approved tour protocol
  • Participate in the Daily Marketing Report (DMR) as needed to provide information on your daily activities, to include tasks updated for calls, emails, texts, tours, connected calls and voicemails
  • Be familiar with the daily life enrichment and the monthly activities calendar to improve selling results.
  • Work to meet the daily virtual standard for one person of a minimum of 35 calls per day with 15 of the calls connected during a full day.
  • When working with a community, attend and contribute to the weekly focus call.
  • Continuously educate yourself on the programs offered in all departments for improved selling results.
  • Provide detailed notes, include appropriate next steps and complete needed activities in Welcome Home


What Cascade Living Group looks for in a Community Relations Specialist:

  • Minimum two years of Sales and Marketing experience, ideally in the healthcare industry (assisted living, memory care)
  • Must maintain eight hours of Alzheimer's and related dementia-specific training per year
  • Ability to follow through with complex and detailed projects to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of the CLG Sales Triangle of Success.
  • Ability to work closely with the communities' sales teams to ensure alignment at each community you work with and support as a virtual salesperson.

  • Ownership attitude who can stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day


$30.00 - $32.00/hour + Commission Potential
