Home Instead is hiring a full-time Service Coordinator in our Rockford, Illinois location.
The Service Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for clients. The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling our clients, handling the logistics and office coordination while providing the best customer service. Primary Responsibilities:
-Create and maintain schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality service.
-Monitor, mediate, and log all communication and activity utilizing the software system.
-Demonstrate open and effective communication with colleagues and customers.
-Negotiate schedules, in order to maximize efficiency and utilization.
-Follow up with all client and employee issues to ensure their problems are resolved.
-Monitor schedules and minimize employee overtime.
-Hold employees accountable for meeting expectations of assignments, including hours worked, and taking additional assignments.
-Follow up and communicate employee and client issues to ensure problems are resolved.
-Recognize and capture opportunities to increase client hours in scenarios to enhance and/or increase quality service.
-Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Qualifications:
Office 365 experience: 1 years (Preferred)
Strong computer skills
Professional phone etiquette
Previous customer service and high-volume scheduling experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
