Pay Rate: $28.00-$30.00/hr.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Coordinator coordinates and schedules repair and preventive maintenance for all vehicles and equipment including but not limited to trucks, trailers, forklifts and manufacturing equipment.

Essential Job Duties

  • Coordinate, schedule, and audit equipment maintenance repairs.
  • Implement and monitor a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance.
  • Assist facilities with specifications and arrange for purchase and delivery of equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and complete equipment records in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Advise location management on equipment acquisitions and disposals.
  • Monitor, maintain, and update warehouse equipment parts inventory as needed.
  • Train associates in warehouse equipment repair.
  • Other duties as assigned by location management.
  • Overtime may be required.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Minimum education required - High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum experience required - 3+ years in industrial maintenance experience.
  • Basic understanding of electronics, hydraulics, brakes, welding, and general maintenance. Additional knowledge of advanced electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, brakes, welding, general maintenance, may be required.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various levels of staff.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • May be required to operate a pallet jack and forklift.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Physical demands include working outside in working conditions that vary depending on seasons. Temperature variations and inclement weather are real aspects of the work environment. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs., spend extended amounts of time sitting, stooping, reaching, bending, climbing, standing or walking.
