Inventory Cataloguer / AR lnb
Responsibilities:
Inventory Cataloguing:
Maintain accurate and organized product catalogues.
Update inventory records, including product descriptions, SKUs, and pricing.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency.
Receivables Management:
Monitor accounts receivable.
Email monthly statements.
Process invoices, payments, and collections.
Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances.
Provide bi-weekly report to management on clients account status.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum [2] years of experience in inventory management or related roles.
Familiarity with inventory software
Attention to Detail:
Meticulous in maintaining accurate records.
Ability to spot discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
Communication Skills:
Effective communication with team members and clients.
Organizational Skills:
Handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Education:
