G.I. Johns is looking to grow its team with a Customer Service/Dispatch Representative for our location in Manassas Park, VA. G.I. Johns is a new and quickly growing veteran-owned business that provides portable sanitation solutions around the Northern Virginia, Southern Maryland, and Washington D.C. area. The Customer Service/Dispatch Associate will be responsible for G.I. Johns' most important functionservice to our customers! You will be a part of the daily operations to ensure our happy customers stay that way. This role will also focus on customer service, business development, and problem solving. You will be on the front lines, taking inbound calls and driving new and existing business, while facilitating the execution of all of our staff and drivers in the field!

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Learn and leverage industry leading technology and software to manage enterprise operations.
  • Answer inbound calls.
  • Manage customer expectations, inquiries, and orders.
  • Business development; be the "voice of the company" as one of the first G.I. Johns team members to interact with inbound requests.
  • Regular and reliable in office attendance a must.
  • Other duties as assigned.
