**JOB SUMMARY:** To have packaging lines running the highest quality product in the most effective, safest and productive manner by also ensuring compliance with the Quality Systems.
**Schedule: Monday Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM**
**Core Responsibilities:**
* To make sure that the work area is clean before work begins
* To visually inspect, correctly identify, and pack bags in boxes by size, color, and customer specification
* To identify defective bags
* For each box packaged, the Packager will pull samples for the AQL box
* To assure table and work area is clean at the end of the shift
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications**
* Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, write, and speak English
* Detail oriented and good organizational skills
* Basic Math skills and good comprehension skills
* Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills
* Ability to stand for up to 10 hours
* Ability lift 30 lbs.
