Records Technician at Power Engineers in Hailey, Idaho, United States Job Description Records Technician Location: Hailey State/Territory: Idaho Department: Ops Records Dept Description Records Technician Job Summary + As a Records Technician in our Operations Legal Group, you must be able to thrive in an environment where there are established daily routines and tasks. Perform daily and ongoing records duties including, but not limited to, filing, fulfilling requests for documents, participating in yearly record destruction, working with a Records Management Database and an Electronic Document/Records Management System, and miscellaneous projects as they are identified. Records management is constantly evolving with innovative technology, this position requires someone with the ability to learn new programs and give input into the set-up of new systems. + Some travel, including out of state, will be required + This position may require litigation/legal involvement Required Education/Experience + High school diploma or GED + Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds + Ability to climb stepladders within our records vault + Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and detail-oriented Desired Education/Experience + Ability to work independently + Ability to make decisions + Knowledge of alphabetic and numeric filing systems + Above average computer skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + Ability to excel in a dynamic technological environment and offer input on new systems + Familiar with ProjectWise + Familiar with electronic filing systems, to include scanning and indexing electronic documents + Desire to take additional training and attain certain certifications At POWER Engineers, you can have a rewarding career on every level.
