About Us: In the 1990s, Peter Howey & Aaron Nocks started experimenting with homemade pizza in their kitchen, aiming to create great pizzas for themselves and the Villanova rowing team. They fell in love with the art of pizza making. A lot of hard work and a few years later, Snap Custom Pizza was founded on the same ideals that began in the kitchen. We use fresh, quality ingredients just like you would at home, making everything from scratch and constantly developing new pizza recipes.

Starting Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations of the store independently
- Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork
- Interview, hire, train, and motivate store employees
- Manage inventory, control costs
- Manage budgets, P&L, and payroll
- Create a positive work environment that fosters a welcoming guest experience
- Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure all employees know and follow company policies and procedures
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:- Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment
- Effective communication, supervisory, and team-building skills
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- General business knowledge (sales forecasting, staffing, managing financials, system development)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven
Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED
- College degree in business or a closely related field (strongly preferred)
- Restaurant experience (5 years)
- General Manager or equivalent level position (3 years)
- Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays to provide coverage when store employees are unavailable
