The company specializes in designing, creating, and manufacturing window curtains, bedding ensembles, shower curtains, and decorative pillows for a diverse range of retailers across North America.
You'll be instrumental in translating trends into stunning home textile designs, from concept to production, and play a key role in our continued success.
- Become a Trend Spotter: Immerse yourself in the world of home textiles! Research and identify the latest trends through comp shopping, industry publications, and exploring domestic and international markets.
- Design with Impact: Translate trends into captivating designs for bedding, bath, table linens, or other home textile products. Utilize your CAD skills to create beautiful and production-ready artwork.
- Collaboration is Key: Effectively communicate your design vision and collaborate seamlessly with our Sales, Design, Product Development, and Sourcing teams.
- Technical Expertise: Develop detailed Tech Packs for all new designs, ensuring clear specifications for production.
- The Art of Storytelling: Conceptualize, design, and execute captivating showroom resets twice a year, showcasing our latest collections.
- Textile Whisperer: Possess a minimum of 3 years experience designing home textiles (bedding, bath, window treatments, etc.).
- CAD Mastermind: Be proficient in industry-standard Textile CAD software.
- Adobe All-Star: Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for design and manipulation.
- Color Visionary: Possess an exceptional eye for color, with the ability to create harmonious palettes.
- Textile Guru: Have a strong understanding of fabric weaving, printing techniques, production processes, and technical specifications.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with local and overseas design team.
- Design Alchemist: Take inspiration from samples and transform them into unique and marketable home textile designs.
