Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality service.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- Proven experience as a call center representative or customer service representative.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
