Maintenance - Starting at $15.25/hr. - Staff on Site

Staff On Site currently recruiting for 2 Part Time Maintenance workers.

Position is Part Time 2-3 days a week. 16-24 hours a week, varying as needed. The company is flexible with days/hours. Starting at $15.25/hr.

Position could be a Part Time weekend shift of Saturday and Sunday.

This position could also be taken on as a full-time position for 2-3 days during the week and on Saturday and Sunday. Starting pay at $15.25/hr.

Duties:

Taking care of cleaning pumps, power washing different areas at the pumps. Miscellaneous outside projects.

Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash collection, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Adjust and minor repairs.
Stock and maintain supply rooms.
Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Light laundering of towels and wash cloths
Cleaning restrooms and showering facilities
