I. DEPARTMENT INFORMATION

Job Description Summary:

The GW Athletics Ticket Representative is responsible for providing amazing service to patrons
attending GW events.

Responsibilities include:
Greet and welcome patrons as they enter the venue and sell tickets using Ticketmaster platform (TM1 Sales).
Assist patrons who have issues with their tickets.
Answer questions and provide information in regards to ticket prices, seating, parking, and other general
information.
Assist with ticket scanning as patrons enter the venue.
Answer guest questions and provide a high level of customer service.
Maintain a positive, professional manner to other staff and patrons.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Positive, friendly attitude. Experience in customer service preferred.
