EnviroPest is a full-service pest and wildlife pest control company, based in Loveland serving Northern Colorado. We are looking for an outgoing, dynamic individual to join our office team as Customer Service Specialist.

Compensation:

Competitive wage of $16.00/hr base rate. (based on experience and other factors).

Position Description:

This position entails answering incoming calls, educating customers on services, scheduling appointments, taking payment information, providing support to our pest control technicians, resolving customer concerns, and many administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating "up front" operations for new clients. This includes giving brief pest knowledge and treatment methods, taking pertinent information into proprietary scheduling system, answering questions, selling the appropriate service options, scheduling technicians, coordinating route changes, etc.
  • Up-sell new products and services to existing and new customers.
  • Maintain all client records including payment information, services requested, and other variable account information. Prepares reports as needed.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting difficult situations and resolve issues quickly and efficiently with little or no supervision.
  • Other duties as assigned.
