Description
We are busy, fast paced veterinary hospital is looking for a front desk receptionist to help manage our front desk duties daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Candidate must be extremely personable, have a positive attitude, and willing to go above and beyond for each client.
scheduling appointments for the doctors
assisting in the clinic running smoothly
greeting and conversing with clients that have come in
fielding phone calls regarding patients
assisting the doctors with their paperwork
preparing all paperwork for the following day
keeping our lobby and exam rooms clean & sanitized in between appointments
checking in and out clients throughout the day
Requirements
Candidate should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Computer skills are required. Professionalism and effective communication are vital for this position. ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST! Time management and ability to multitask is a necessity for this position. Ultimately, a receptionist's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Pay depends on experience.
