SHIPPING COORDINATORS will ensure shipments are prepared to clients policies and procedures, and conform to customer-specific requirements, and governmental regulations. Sign shipping documents as necessary to process shipments domestic and international. Maintain system accuracy for shipments and inventory. Assist associates with work process problems. Review customer feedback with the management team and interact with internal and external teams to resolve issues and debits.
QUALITY INSPECTORS will test and inspect products at various stages of the production process. Assist with audits and product/process validation. Use gauges and other devices to confirm conformity to product standards.
CYCLE COUNTERS will perform daily cycle counts. Maintain product identification, location, and batch accuracy. Resolve inventory discrepancies. Report damaged products. Operate a forklift as needed.
WATER SPIDERS will keep production lines and cells fully stocked to maintain production requirements. Ensure all empty returnables are returned to the appropriate areas as required. Report all part shortages to the material handler as required. Keep the production line clean and orderly and free of debris.
MATERIAL HANDLERS will operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts as well as other material handling equipment. Pick products using scanning devices to ensure accurate inventory counts. Ensure proper labeling on products. Enter parts receipts and distribute parts.
