Reporting to the Office Manager, this position supports operational efficiency by ensuring that SIGAs Central Office spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include: General cleaning of floors, windows, and surfaces, according to established schedules, or as needed. Disposing of office garbage. Cleaning and replenishing supplies in bathrooms and kitchen areas. Maintaining custodial and maintenance supplies and equipment. Handling requests for minor repairs and maintenance. Carrying out heavy lifting and moving of boxes, furniture and supplies. Providing regular care of SIGAs fleet vehicles. Keeping building entries clear of snow, ice, and debris. Participating in other projects and activities, as directed by the Office Manager.

**Conditions of Employment**

* The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.

* You may be required to work in an environment where you will be exposed to the use of tobacco smoke and high noise levels.

* As a condition of employment, you will be required to work shift work. This may include days, evenings, graveyard, weekends and statutory holidays. SIGAs goal is to treat all staff fairly and equitably; therefore, the distribution of the shifts will be fair to all staff.

Qualifications **Qualifications**

Combination of relevant education, training and/or experience. Experience providing customer service and working with many diverse situations and personalities. Previous housekeeping or custodial experience would be preferred.
