** Job Description**
**Overview:**
Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, kitchen utensils, pots, and equipment in a restaurant facility. May be asked to assist other restaurant personnel with daily required tasks
**How You'll Make A Difference:**
* Operates dish machine equipment in a safe manner while following proper sanitation as defined by local and state health departments
* Stores all dishes, trays, utensils, and equipment in proper locations
* Checks dish machines for proper operation, including set-up, breakdown, arms, screens, conveyors, and baskets. Reports any defects in dish machines to management and check water temperature during dishwashing operation
* Removes trash from dish room and kitchen area
* Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines, requirements, and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
* Other duties as assigned.
