    4. Computer skills to include Excel, Word, Outlook and data entry systems

    Job Description:
    Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative's primary job function is to promote favorable relationships with members, providers, and health plans through the prompt, accurate and courteous resolution of issues including but not limited to the following: authorization processing, claim research, coordinating translation services, and Primary Care Provider changes

    Shift: Mon-Fri, 0830-1700 (8:30am-5pm PST), ON-SITE
