The Job

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact between MTI and the customer. They serve as the coordinator to help resolve any problems and provide status and commitments based on MTIs ERP systems. They work closely with other members of the Customer Service Team, specifically Program Managers, to meet the customer needs through clear and timely communication and accurate reporting.

The Schedule

This position is a full-time position Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. Overtime may be required as work demands.

What You Need

* High school degree or GED equivalent

* 1-3 years experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing setting preferred. On the job training provided.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent customer service skills

* Good negotiation skills to work with different departments and customers

* Strong teamwork and communication skills to get along with co-workers

* Positive attitude even under stressful situations

* Strong computer skills necessary; including familiarity with Excel and Power Bi

* Working knowledge of customer specifications and requirements

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
