Our new DC will deliver top-notch service to our customers while also achieving performance standards and metrics as our daily goal. Features within the DC will be automated induction, workflow management, pick to light, and automated storage retrieval systems that will facilitate meeting those goals. You will have the tools, resources, and support of our staff.
LBB will be required to verify all locations in the DC. This will require the following:
**Schedule:** Sunday- Thursday 9:30PM- 6:00AM ( or until completion)
**Pay:** 20.91/an hour
**Required Skills**
* Good communication skills and ability to speak with individuals and explain process.
* Passion and commitment to the success of our team and individuals.
* Must be a positive change team member
* Ownership in the success of the individual or team.
* Good critical thinking skills with the ability to see the big picture
* Other things needed to improve and maintain the proper training and support of our DC.
* Must have strong computer skills and ability use Excel
* Must be ok with working in a climate-controlled environment
**Minimum Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years experience in inventory is strongly preferred
* 1-2 year working in a warehouse environment
* lift, push squat pull 30-40lbs consistently
**General Office Demands**
* Position includes standing, sitting, walking in a warehouse environment
* Must be able to carry and operate a laptop at times
* Must be willing to work various hours in a 24/7 warehouse
**Education**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
**Career Level -** IC-Operations Support-O3
